Happy First Day of Spring, everyone!

Let's kick off this new season with an AGENT SPOTLIGHT! This week’s agent spotlight goes to… Victoria Wander!! 

Let's get to know Victoria and why she became an agent here with us at Keller Williams First in NY!

Victoria studied Psychology and Marketing before becoming a real estate agent. Always having an interest in real estate, she studied to get her real estate license her final semester of college. 

Jumping right into real estate after college helped her guide her own career in the way that she wanted. Choosing Keller Williams seemed easy to her, because “After meeting everyone and coming to training, I knew I made the right choice. What is offered here at Keller surpasses any other brokerage and the values we share here make us stand out from the rest”. 

Victoria’s goal as an agent is to bring the most optimal results, whatever they may be. She would like to educate everyone throughout the deal and let them know they are more than just a “one-time transaction”. By bringing a personal level of friendship and trust to the table with everyone she encounters. 

Her biggest influences are her family because they taught her how to work hard, be a good person, and set priorities. She said, “I’ve seen the good and bad experiences and learned from all of them, which is what pushed me to work hard and never give up”. 

Victoria loves to spend time outside. When it’s warm out she goes biking and hiking. Being health-focused, she exercises regularly and cooks a lot of new recipes! She’s also very crafty; you can find her decorated closing bottles for her clients for sale at the front desk of the Chester office! 

Finally we asked Victoria, “If you had a million dollars given to you with no tax burden what would you do with it?” 

She said, “If I got $1M I would buy an investment property (or a few) and start renovating them! I’ve always wanted to flip houses, so I’d definitely give it a try if I had the money. And that would help me start generating rental income as well, which is another goal of mine! I’d also definitely take my family on a vacation!”
