About

Donna Roberts has been an essential part of the real estate community as an office manager for over 6 years. She started as a Certified Sales Assistant, after that, she rose to Agent Service Manager then as a Property Manager. In 2018 she became a Real Estate Salesperson and is now proud to say she is part of the Keller Williams team.

Donna moved to Warwick in 1998 and raised her children, Maggie and Kevin, here. She rented when she first moved here. Then, in 2001, she purchased a home in the Village of Warwick. Through the years, she has done many home improvement projects herself to make the house truly her own. She loves construction, home design, staging and the whole real estate industry. Donna prides herself on seeing possibilities and turning ideas into reality. She also prides herself on her customer service skills, which are essential in the world of real estate.

When Donna first moved to Warwick, she worked for an advertising and marketing firm. While there, she worked on Congressman Ben Gillman's reelection campaign. He was a member of the US House of Representatives from 1973 to 2003, and Donna remembers him as being one of the nicest people she ever met. Congressman Gillman was recognized by the World Peace Prize Awarding Council for being a lifelong champion of human rights. Donna studied Commercial Art and Graphic Design at the School of Visual Arts in NYC. She also studied advertising and marketing at William Paterson University in NJ. She put those skills to further use working for a kitchen design firm, a roofing company, and an HVAC company. That exposure gave her a lot of insight and a deep love of home design, maintenance, and renovation.

Donna has had extensive experience as an office manager, property manager and an event project manager for an event planning company. She managed all aspects of projects, including client budgets, vendor purchasing, client satisfaction, subcontractors, invoicing, material lists, punch lists, and more. Furthermore, Donna set up trade shows and public relations events, managing all aspects of staff recruitment, hiring, training, and scheduling. During that time she was also involved in volunteer events with the Orange County Land Trust. All of these skills have carried over to her work and has planned many events, from awards ceremonies, to holiday parties.

Donna is an avid outdoors person. She loves to garden, bike, kayak, and ski. Donna also loves camping and has many solo camping trips under her belt. In addition, Donna loves her community and has a history of volunteerism. She has volunteered at various fundraisers for the Orange County Land Trust. Of course, above all, she is a very dedicated and proud mother.
