My interest in real estate began in New York City. While working at a major financial institution I assisted my colleagues when they were searching for homes with "how to'" tips. My husband and I had already purchased a new construction in Orange County and I was able to share important information about lenders, inspections, town codes, etc. I subsequently decided to change careers and landed in real estate. Having been licensed in real estate sales since June 2005 and surviving many market corrections I can confidently say in this business you learn something new every day that you can pass along to your clients.
