His experience prior to real estate includes executive leadership roles with revenue responsibility in excess of $80M annually. Throughout his career as a business leader in a variety of roles including national sales and business unit operations, he’s honed an ability to problem-solve complex issues and create unique solutions with a focus on profitable outcomes. Silvio’s real estate career has been no different, Listen to client needs, then leverage financial and operational expertise to deliver upon their specific requirements whether it be acquisition, disposition, or Landlord/Tenant representation. Silvio’s transactions span across many asset classes including; Industrial, Office, Retail and Land and has worked with local businesses as well as national corporations.
