Cam Monaco always had a career in real estate in mind. However, it took a few years to get there. She first trained at IBM. Then she worked as a licensed beautician for 10 years. Finally, she realized that being confined to an office or shop was not for her. And so, she made the leap to follow her dream. Cam took the real estate course, passed the test, and was on her way.
Cam Monaco’s dream career took off… A licensed Realtor since 1985, the first real estate agency she contacted never returned her call. The second one she reached out to offered her an opportunity, and her career began. From 1986 to 2019, Cam worked with Joe Green, a true professional who became a mentor and colleague throughout her career. In 1987, she became an Associate Broker. She is a Graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI) and is a Certified Buyer Representative (CBR). She has been a member of Women in Professional Business for 21 years.
A resident of Scotchtown since her marriage 54 years ago, Cam has extensive local knowledge of this and many surrounding areas. Pine Bush, Bloomingburg, Wallkill, Middletown, Goshen, Greenville, and Otisville are all towns she knows well. She and her husband started a successful landscaping business in 1970, which they have since turned over to their children. Now, they enjoy working for the family business.
Cam has two children, Maryann and Anthony, and four grandchildren: Michael, Kyle, Meadow, and Anthony. She enjoys movies, golf, international travel, and, of course, spending time with her grandchildren.
Cam’s goal is to help her clients find the same kind of happiness she found when she bought her home 54 years ago. Whether buying a forever or starter home or selling a home, she has the experience, dedication, and expertise to help her clients accomplish their goals.
