Immediately upon joining KW First in NY, our agents can engage in our profit share program through referring other agents to our Market Centers or other KW Market Centers Worldwide.
We actively redistribute 48% of our monthly profit on the 21st of each month to agents that have a profit share tree with producing agents in it. As of December 2022, we have distributed $130 Million back to our agents within our Franchise!
